EastEnders has aired another twist involving Oscar Branning and Josh Goodwin, as the love triangle storyline gets even more complicated. As the pair grow closer again, they make a very risky decision – but for how much longer will Jasmine remain oblivious to their secret connection?
Oscar and Josh slept together earlier this year, but their passion came to a sudden end when they discovered each other’s identity and Oscar realised Josh was the twin brother of his ex-girlfriend Jasmine!
Since Oscar and Jasmine rekindled their relationship and Jasmine was released from prison, Oscar has purposely tried to keep his distance from Josh – but as the trio spend more time together, this week they struggled to resist one another.
In today’s episode, Jasmine apologised to Oscar for getting him involved in her and Josh’s argument the previous day and for shutting him out of issues related to her childhood.
After ignoring Josh’s calls, Oscar later bumped into him in the Square. He explained to Josh that he doesn’t want to hurt either him or Jasmine and they agreed to keep their distance. Penny spotted this encounter, and Oscar admitted to her that he was in love with both twins.

Meanwhile, Josh headed to The Albert to drown his sorrows and told Elaine that was attracted to a guy who is taken. Elaine encouraged him to move on and directed him towards some other men in the bar.
Oscar and Penny also went to The Albert later to talk through this complicated situation, but Oscar was crestfallen to see Josh getting to know someone else.
Once alone, Oscar confronted Josh about moving on so quickly, but Josh gave him some home truths about the way he has handled his feelings.
“You know how I feel about you,” he said, “and I think you know how you feel about me. But us? It isn’t going to happen without hurting everyone. Just let me be the one to stay away, and I’ll be the only one who gets hurt.”
Josh walked away but Oscar followed and kissed him in the middle of the bar. As the pair headed off together, what does this mean for Oscar’s relationship with Jasmine?
