Netflix may have just found the perfect way to help viewers survive the wait between “Virgin River” seasons.

The streamer officially confirmed that “Sullivan’s Crossing” Season 4 will premiere June 30, bringing back the romantic drama that many fans already consider the closest thing to another “Virgin River.”

The timing shocked viewers. Normally, streaming audiences wait months for new seasons of network shows to appear online, but Netflix is adding Season 4 barely a week after its CW finale.

Based on books by Robyn Carr, the series stars Morgan Kohan as Maggie Sullivan and Chad Michael Murray as Cal Jones, whose romance has become one of the show’s biggest highlights.
